Assigning Rights to User In ERP

1. Open Internet explorer, write the path of ERP i।e. //rizwan.com:8000 and press enter.
2. In this page click on Apps Logon Links
3. When you click this link another page is appear
4. In this page click on E-Business Home Page
5. In this page you entered your Username and Password and press the Login button। When you press the Login button a page is appear ।
6. One portion of this page is shown your रेस्पोन्सिबिलितिएस
7. If you have the responsibility of AASML SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION then you can create a user and assign rights to him। Click on the AASML SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION and you see your responsibilities
8. Now if we want to create a new user then we click on the Define
9. In this page enter the information of that user which you want to create। Now select the Password Expiration period and Effective Date. After that go to the Responsibility Field
10. In this window some responsibilities are built in and some are defined as per demand of A।A. Now select the responsibility which you want to assign. For example we select the AASML Purchase Accounts User responsibility and click OK
11. Now assign the Effective Date of responsibility। You can assign as much responsibilities as you desired with same steps as described above.
12. Now for saving changes which you made click on the Save button ।
13. Now close this form and Log In with the user which is created ।
